Our fieldtrip to the nearby Mind Museum was fascinating! So many interesting exhibits and hands-on activities kept excited students busy for the duration of the visit. What was most intriguing? What captured thinking? Whys and whats abounded. With their buddy, the students explored the museum, trying out many of the 250+ exhibits. All students visited the planetarium, to study the night sky and the world in the heavens and were mesmerised by the spectacle. The students wrote their Mind Museum reflections into their Learning Journals. The following pictures say more than words…… (apologies for the blurry shots)

This week saw the students testing out their creative thinking skills when presented with the problem of making a boat out of foil strong enough to carry 10, then 15 marbles across an artificial pond. The following pictures do the talking!
