Salty Chocolate Chip Cookies

For my Fraction Feast project, I made salty chocolate chip cookies! I chose to make cookies because it’s simple and I’ve recently made them. I made 24 cookies in total so everyone in my class, Ms. Cooney, and the assistant teachers got one, too. I hope you enjoy my voice thread!

Fraction Feasts

This week demonstrated that Kangas can cook! They applied their understanding of fractions, showed their strategies and did their calculations effectively in their presentations. The students used many creative ways to display their projects and everyone enjoyed the feasts after each session.
